Frequently Asked Questions
No, the listing agent is not required to be there for the shoot. While agents are more than welcome it is not necessary to complete the work.
During the booking process the agent is given the opportunity to add lock box information so our photographers access the property. Agents are more than welcome to attend the shoot to allow our photographer inside.
Our team does not handle the staging of properties. We encourage agents to have properties ready with any necessary decorations or staging complete prior to the shoot.
We offer a full refund if services are cancelled 24 hours before the scheduled shoot. Any shoots cancelled less than 24 hours before the shoot will receive a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee.
If our photographer arrives at the address but is unable to access the property, the shoot is assumed to be cancelled and a refund minus $100 cancellation fee will be issued.
Our team is located throughout Minnesota and is happy to accommodate most locations in the state. If the property is located too far away from any of our connections, we will contact you about price adjustments or cancellation.
